These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Aura (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. The Service
Aura lets you upload reference photos, provide product links, and generate AI-powered virtual try-on results. Results may vary and are provided for informational/entertainment purposes and shopping assistance.
The Service may include features such as saving to your device, sharing to social platforms, and publishing to a community/trending feed. Some features may be experimental or rolled out gradually.
4. User content
You retain rights to the content you upload (“User Content”). You grant Aura a limited license to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service (for example, to generate try-ons and show results to you, and to publish if you choose to post publicly).
AI outputs: virtual try-on results are generated outputs based on your inputs. Subject to applicable law, Aura may display watermarks or attribution on outputs. If you publish an output publicly through the Service, you grant Aura the right to display it to other users and promote the Service.
Rights and permissions: you represent that you have all rights necessary to upload User Content (including images of yourself and items) and to grant the above license.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Do not upload content you don’t have rights to use.
- Do not harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service.
- Do not use the Service for illegal activities.
- Do not use the Service to generate or share content that is unlawful, sexually explicit, hateful, or otherwise harmful.
6. Credits, payments, and subscriptions (if applicable)
The Service may offer credits or paid plans. Pricing, renewal, and cancellation terms will be presented at purchase. All purchases are handled by the applicable app store and are subject to their policies.
Credits may be consumed when generating try-ons. Credits may expire or change based on product updates, fraud prevention, or platform requirements.
7. Intellectual property
The Service and its content (excluding User Content) are owned by Aura and its licensors, and are protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Aura disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
AI limitations: generated try-on results may be inaccurate or misleading due to limitations in AI models, input quality, and product imagery. You are responsible for your purchasing decisions.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or others.
11. Feedback
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant Aura the right to use them without restriction or compensation.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the effective date above and may provide additional notice in the app.
